Our second field trip of the year was to Big Meadows in Shenandoah National Park. While there, students learned first hand about living and nonliving things, animals and their habitats, and the importance of taking care of our world. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day and wonderful Rangers to guide us around!
A special thank you to a parent volunteer who both donated a pumpkin and helped students decorate it after the field trip. Our class is truly a wonderful place thanks to all the support parents offer both at home and in school.
